Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing, Inc. (CCW) specializes in the manufacturing of waterproofing and exterior moisture-protection products for the architectural, industrial, general construction and maintenance industries. CCW offers a full line of sheet-applied and liquid-applied membranes, environmental containment systems and polyurethane deck coatings. This combination of products and technologies makes CCW the most diverse and unique manufacturer of both exterior and below grade protection products in the waterproofing and coatings industries.

Waterproofing

CCW provides an extensive line of waterproofing products that are designed for use in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, hot-applied roofing systems, geo-textile drainage composites that are used to minimize below-grade hydrostatic pressure and liquid and sheet-applied systems for vapor barriers and waterproofing applications.

Pre-fabricated Drainage Composites

CCW offers a full line of Aggregate-Free Drainage systems that are composed of panels, which incorporate a molded, three-dimensional dimpled core that is formed of high-impact polystyrene. This polystyrene core is laminated to filter fabrics (geotextiles) that prevent soil from entering into the drainage system. This bonded system, which provides premium durability and heavy impact resistance, ensures that the drainage system remains unobstructed by backfill or fabric. This product line includes CCW MiraDRAIN 2000, 5000, 6000/6200, 6000XL/6200XL, 8000, 9000, 9800 and GR9200.

Self-Adhesive Underlayments

CCW also offers a complete line of self-adhering roofing underlayments that are designed to provide superior protection against water, ice and heat. The Water & Ice Protection (WIP) products have many unique features, including skid-resistance surfaces and heat resistance, which provides exceptional protection from temperatures up to 116° Celsius (240° Fahrenheit). The WIP products not only provide premium protection from the elements, but also guarantee long-term performance by resisting dryness and cracking. The WIP line includes WIP 100, 200, 300HT, 400 and 401LT.

HVAC Sealants and Hardware

Hardcast Inc., a division of CCW, is a leading manufacturer of duct sealants, mastics, tapes, adhesives and hardware for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. The Hardcast product lines include flashing and repair tapes for building renovation and construction, duct hardware, duct insulation adhesives, duct sealants, an extensive line of caulks, as well as a full line of HVAC accessories. All Hardcast products provide superior efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
