GeoEPDM

GeoEPDMAs the only potable-grade ANSI/NSF 61 EPDM on the market, Carlisle's GeoEPDM is ideal for any aquaculture, water containment or canal application. As a UV-stabilized membrane, GeoEPDM provides superior flexibility and dimensional stability, offering enhanced puncture and tear resistance, and resisting chemical and environmental stress-cracking. The membrane also provides enhanced resistance to solar UV rays, ozone and oxidation. Specially designed with elongation and lay-flat characteristics, GeoEPDM conforms to the most demanding sub-grades, and ensures a smooth, virtually wrinkle-free surface. The GeoEPDM system is designed to ensure quick installation, eliminating the need for heat welders or other special equipment.

GeoPolyPro

Reinforced

GeoPolyProCarlisle's Reinforced Polypropylene GeoMembrane is a heat-weldable polyester reinforced sheet, that is designed for long-term use in buried or exposed geomembrane applications, specifically liners and floating covers. The membrane consists of a durable polyester fabric (scrim) sandwiched between two polypropylene-based top and bottom plies; this combination provides superior durability as well as enhanced tear and puncture resistance.

The monolithic, reinforced GeoMembrane is watertight, providing minimal water vapor permeance and water absorption, and resisting soil bacteria degradation.

Based on UV-stabilized polypropylene copolymers, the membrane does not require either polymeric or liquid plasticizers to maintain its flexibility, and provides enhanced resistance to cracking caused by both chemical and environmental stress. Due to this foundation, it also provides superior resistance to ozone, oxidation and solar UV rays, as well as low temperatures.

Carlisle's Reinforced Polypropylene GeoMembrane comes in two grades: industrial grade and potable (water) grade, which is certified by ANSI/NSF-61 drinking water contact standards.

Non-reinforced

Carlisle's Non-Reinforced Polypropylene GeoMembrane is a heat-weldable non-reinforced sheet that is designed for use long-term use in buried or exposed geomembrane applications, specifically applications in which elongation is a critical concern. With an elongation factor of over 300%, this membrane is low compaction sub-grades.

Manufactured with a hot-melt extrusion process, Carlisle's Non-Reinforced GeoMembrane has an elongation factor of over 300%. The membrane is specifically formulated for long-term use in buried or exposed geomembrane applications.

Based on a UV-stabilized polypropylene copolymer, the non-reinforced membrane maintains its flexibility without the necessity for either polymeric or liquid plasticizers, and also provides excellent resistance to low temperatures, solar UV, ozone, oxidation, and chemical and environmental stress-cracking. This reactor-grade polypropylene base resin enhances the membrane's high-tensile elongation and tear resistance.

This monolithic membrane is also watertight, and provides low water vapor permeance and water absorption.

The potable grade of this membrane is certified by ANSI/NSF-61 drinking water contact standards.

GeoRod

Carlisle's Polypropylene GeoRod is a polypropylene welding rod, 5 millimeters in diameter, that is designed for use with the Polypropylene GeoMembrane sheet. Applied with an extrusion welder, GeoRod is designed to seal cut edges of the reinforced GeoMembrane where the polyester reinforcing fabric is exposed.

GeoRod products are manufactured with UV-stabilized polypropylene, and provide long-term performance in buried or exposed geomembrane applications.

All GeoRods have been qualified for ANSI/NSF-61 or drinking water contact certification (potable grade), and are available in black, white and tan 5.5-kilogram (12-pound) rolls.

GeoFlashing

Carlisle's GeoFlashing is a non-reinforced polypropylene GeoMembrane sheet that is designed for use on detail areas of liners and floating covers. Based on a UV-stabilized polypropylene copolymer, it provides long-term stability in buried or exposed geomembrane applications, and maintains flexibility without the need for polymeric or liquid plasticizers.

GeoFlashing, available in black, tan and white, is ideal for use in chafer strips, pipe boot construction, inside and outside corners, and float covers.
