Single-Ply Roofing

Carlisle SynTec specializes in manufacturing single-ply roofing systems for the commercial roofing industry. Upon its inception, Carlisle focused on the production of EPDM. Today, with four manufacturing facilities strategically located across the entire U.S. and more than 12 billion square feet of membrane manufactured, Carlisle specializes in offering complete systems that incorporate not only roof membranes, but also insulation, edging and coordinating accessories, including an extensive range of standard and pressure-sensitive flashing products that will complement any of Carlisle's roofing systems.

Waterproofing

Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing, Inc. (CCW) offers a complete line of waterproofing and moisture-protection products to the industrial, general construction, architectural and maintenance industries. This extensive product offering makes CCW the most extensive producer of exterior and below-grade waterproofing and coating products.

CCW provides a broad range of polyurethane deck coatings for both vehicular and pedestrian applications, sheet and liquid-applied membranes for commercial roofing applications, environmental containment systems for scaffold systems, weather protection products, prefabricated drainage composites, and low-density polyethylene sheeting.

CCW also offers a full line of products for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry through its Hardcast division. Hardcast, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry, provides an extensive line of top-quality duct sealants, mastics, tapes, adhesives and hardware.

Ponds & Linings

Carlisle offers a full line of membranes for water system applications, including irrigation canals and water containment systems. Carlisle's Geomembrane product line provides industrial-grade reinforced and non-reinforced Polypropelene membranes, along with accessories. This product line includes liners, rods, flashing, and covers, which can be used in a variety of water system applications, such as aquacultures, decorative ponds, as well as water treatment and water containment systems.

Steep-Slope Roofing

Through its EcoStar division, Carlisle offers a line of premium steep-slope roofing tiles for residential applications. EcoStar tiles, manufactured with top-quality recycled EPDM rubber and TPO plastic, are both sustainable and environmentally friendly.

EcoStar tiles not only offer enhanced aesthetic appeal, but also offer superior protection from high winds, heavy rain and hail. From its Majestic Slate™ Traditional tiles that provide the look of natural slate, to its Seneca Cedar Shake Tiles™, which offer the appearance of wood shake, EcoStar offers a top-quality product that will provide you with unmatched beauty, strength and durability.

Insulation

Carlisle also provides an extensive offering of polyisocyanurate and expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation products.

HP-H Polyiso is a rigid insulation panel that is manufactured with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to fiber-reinforced facers on both sides. HP-H provides the highest R-value per inch of any commercially available insulation product, and contains no ozone-depleting components or CFCs. HP-H can be applied to ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered single-ply roofing systems.

HP-CG Polyiso is a rigid insulation panel composed of a closed-cell polyiso foam core laminated on each side to coated, glass fiber-mat facers. HP-CG provides premium water resistance and dimensional stability, and is EPA-compliant, containing no ODPs or CFCs. This insulation can be applied to ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered single-ply roofing systems.

Carlisle also offers SecurShield™ Polyiso insulation, which features a rigid, closed-cell polyiso foam core laminuated to polymer-coated glass facers. SecurShield provides superior fire resistance, moisture resistance and wind uplift performance for fully adhered and mechanically attached single-ply roofing systems.

Through Insulfoam, LLC, Carlisle provides Tapered InsulFoam®, a high-performance insulation composed of a closed-cell, lightweight, expanded polystyrene (EPS). Exceeding the requirements of ASTM C578, Tapered InsulFoam offers a long-term stable R-value, as well as enhanced dimensional stability, compressive strength and moisture resistance. Tapered InsulFoam can be used for virtually any single-ply roofing system.
